DetailsWhere can you find a historic sterling silver Navajo cuff made of legendary Cerrillos turquoise? Right here. Let me give you a bit of background. Around 1920s - 1940s, Native silversmiths began to have more access to turquoise. Their jewelry began to reflect that new access. Their styles expanded from a small piece of turquoise in the center of a silver bracelet to a full row of small turquoise gemstones. Among the turquoise was green turquoise from Cerrillos, New Mexico, hence the name. This cuff is features stones and design from that legendary era. The stones are pristine for their age. The terminals are durable due to sand-casting. Over time, the silver on this cuff has developed a well-earned patina. One could only hope to look this good for ones age!
This cuff is special. I recommend vintage clothing. My favorites are reproductions by RRL and vintage denim shirts. Add your favorite boots, hat, or kerchief to the historic look. -

I carefully gift-wrap everything all of the time at no charge. If you buy 5 rings, I may place 3 in one box and 2 in another. This Cerrillos Turquoise and sterling silver, Navajo crafted cuff was a real find. It is a stunning piece and extremely well made. The cuff is old pawn and has a wonderful energy and feel to it. I am delighted with this piece and really appreciate the shop’s prompt and careful packaging and shipping.
