DetailsIn the 1940's Taxco Mexico was known for its high-quality silver goods. Many of the silversmiths there loved to work with 98% silver instead of the standard 92.5%. The higher silver content allowed for a warmer and evenly developed patina. These silver goods even attracted Hollywood celebrities like Marylin Monroe. This stunning piece has aged perfectly and the natural amethyst stones are a perfect purple. This piece would be priced much higher if not for the lobster claw clasp added in more recent years. I carefully gift-wrap everything all of the time at no charge. If you buy 5 rings, I may place 3 in one box and 2 in another. If you're buying two or more items and select the 'Gift' option in your cart, I will pack each item in its own gift box or sack before placing them in the shipping box and sending them off.
